I’m reporting to bbb this is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is rude, they admit that the usage is all over the place but it must be the customers fault. Over a 600 dollar bill. Other water companies notify you of unusually high usage, not them.

I must say my experience has been very different from many other reviews posted here. Having just moved here 5 months ago and dealing with the BCS employees on several occasions I found them both helpful, friendly and courteous.
