You call customer service to talk to someone and the computer transfers you to a busy signal and hangs up!! They hide behind their phone system and don’t care at all about us customers!!
Incompetent on a scale that rivals a child being put in charge of a nuclear power plant. You’re simply left wondering what is the worst thing that could happen (there are a lot of things)?
The people who work at the location are local and pretty fantastic. I have never had any issues that they weren’t happy to help me solve. The phone service is pretty good too. They don’t shut you off unless you are tragically late or are using an inordinate amount of power without paying. Very fair.
Jennifer was very polite and helpful. I moved to Big Bear full time and my electric bill was VERY expensive. Jennifer informed me that the rate is cheaper for full time residents. She updated my address and now my bill is cheaper!! Thanks Jennifer!
Unfortunately Rosanna was extremely rude to me. The customer service was not it and poor big bear has no other companies to go to for electric services.
Same goes for all your weak employees just as it does for the water company. IT’S TIME YOU GROW A PAIR AND OPEN THE DOORS TO THE PUBLIC. I find it very disrespectful to continue with this impersonal way you deal with the public.

Our first bill was $1200. We don’t abuse electricity. Ive been told about $600 is normal here. Terrible customer service. Unsympathetic and pig headed staff. No-one should pay that much for electricity. Highest rates in the whole country with a tier system that doesn’t help at all unless you just sit around in the dark and freeze.

Difficult to deal with overpriced service
The people who work at the location are local and pretty fantastic. I have never had any issues that they weren’t happy to help me solve. The phone service is pretty good too.
