This company is a joke. The customer service is terrible and that’s when you finally get someone on the phone and their water quality is as bad as thier service. Good luck to whoever uses these clowns.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are rude and incompetent. They never return phone calls and are completely unprofessional once you actually get a hold of someone. Avoid this company if at all possible.

Terrible experience just trying to get my services turned on. They did not take my email down correctly and then when I called back because i never received their email, they blamed me saying I gave them the wrong email address. This was last week and still have not received the email so I can turn my services on.
Horrible customer service!!! We called about a bill that went from $23 to $180 and rep was rude and unwilling to discuss anything. We asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they don’t have supervisors and rep refused to give us his name and he wanted to argue. RATING SHOULD BE NO STARS!!!
I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. When I call, no one has any idea what’s going on, they change the hours you can call and pay whenever they feel like it, and they will hang up on you if you question them.
This company is not run well. They’ve made several mistakes, including turning off my water, on accident after only owning the home 2 months. The latest fiasco is their billing. They increased rates 60-70 and water bills cannot be explained and are coming in at hundreds of dollars!
