terrible customer service – do not subscribe or if you do expect it will be for life…almost impossible to get rid of it and they’ll want to charge you for it!
So disappointed! We had a subscription for years! It’s so obvious it’s one sided & not reporting with fair & unbiased political opinion of the reporter/writer.
Their free mini version, which almost no one wants, is tossed into driveways across Bellingham and left to accumulate in piles or stain roadways as the plastic bags and wet paper are ground into the asphalt by passing cars. Just stop.
The case of Bruce D Vanderwoude has been excluded from updates for over a year now. I have sent 2 or 3 emails asking about the case and why nothing has been updated yet. I have also called the prosecuting attorney about the case and they …
They suck!!! My family has subscribed to the herald for over 70 years, my parents and myself. Now they want you to pay over $400 a year for old news, why. I and my parents always enjoyed reading the herald and current news over …
I’m actually going to review Cosmos Bistro in the Bellingham Herald Centre. A very appealing friendly space. The food selections are interesting with new twists on old themes.I had a salad Nicoise modernized, very good and filling. An all …
Five stars for the news, zero stars for customer service which rounds out to a three, but their customer service is so abysmal that I’m going with one star. Since I have cancelled my subscription, there is no way to contact the Herald other …
Mother called because her subscription was not canceled and got renewed without her permission. She was offered a ‘refund’ but wasn’t actually refunded, they just extended her not wanted subscription, that’s how they refund you. …

Customer service and delivery drivers are terrible no common sense
Very awesome entry… It is cool to see history preserved
Very friendly, love the end of rolls for the kids to color on.
Offices and small businesses, a beautiful old building that rents out rooms for the public to use.
Was a good paper but they keep taking stuff out and now NO SATURDAY paper!
Do not use false news for defaming locals with wrong arrests who have not been found guilty. Using them to earn money off their stories
Its a historical building and i love the history it has. My boyfriend has worked for the Bellingham Herald for 32 years.
