Excellent staff, little turnover, well organized and very timely in meeting my scheduled time. The doctor’s very cordial and from my research is quite competent. We are fortunate to have such an ophthalmologist in the Bellingham area.
Outstanding physicians and staff! Both Eric and Amador Subong are excellent, efficient, approachable and caring! Their staff complements their care model nicely! As a physician myself and after three surgeries with them I know real quality when I see it!
No comment on the doctors who seem very competent, but the waiting room situation in UNACCEPTABLE. For a 3:00 appointment, we waited 45 minutes for dilation, and then waited over another hour. It’s 5:09 and just got called in. A better patient management system is necessary.
Been very lucky to have come here, Dr. Subon took me as a new patient referral, checked my eye then did the surgery to reattach my retnia, now is overseeing my recovery. The best part is they take Molena insurance. Additionally the staff are friendly and take time to learn your name and will talk with you.
Approximately 5 weeks ago my retina detached unexpectedly on a Monday night. The next day is at the office as a new patient getting it reattached. I had complete confidence in the office but my doctor as well. They are worthy of more than five stars. Thank you for saving my vision. I highly recommend them

Uodate: at an appointment timed for 10:10. It is 10:56 and I am still in the lobby. Why schedule me for 10:10 if you cant fit me in until after 11am?
