  11. I’ve never experienced the rudeness others have suggested, on the contrary I’ve found pleasant and helpful employees, yes there billing might be outdated but it still works as well, it’s not there responsibility for the mail delivery.

  12. The worst. Rude employees who are anything but helpful. They don’t take online payments. It’s 2021 and there is a mail slow down. Any other business not doing business online today would go under, but the water department has a monopoly so they can provide bad service and be nasty about it I guess.
