Make sure if you have propane in your tank and they are going to remove it that they pay you for the 70% they say they will pay youy (30% restocking fee) .. they removed our full tanks (7 of them, 500 gallon tanks) then refused to pay us the 70%.. they are thieves.
Horrible customer service, very high prices, difficult payment options. I do not often leave negative reviews but very happy I never have to use them again.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They charge almost double the price for propane and if you are overdue will come out to shut it off and charge you $100 to flip a switch to turn it back on after paying your bill.
This place is horrible. We needed a simple refund and couldn’t even get that done. The worse customer service and no one calls back. It’s been over 3 months. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this company.
