Compulsive liars who tell you one charge on the phone and then another when you show up to pay. The state attorney general office needs to be called on this bunch. There’s no excuse for how they treat people.
ZERO STARS!!!! They never answer the phone & no ones ever there. I am on a well and I have never had to pay anything for my sewage/water and I got a past due bill for almost $70….
What can I say, just wow. At least the lady who answers the phone is nice. Everything else about the system and payment process is horrendous. Excited for this organization to reach 2010! I’m not even going to ask them to reach 2021, just 2010 would be nice.
I have not receive bills for a year , sent the bill to house taxes .. I had to pay twice the amount , trying to call no answer … can’t tell how much is the bill now … no online services to see your bill …

I don’t understand why the prices for myself are so high.In the past year none of my water bills have been over 15.00. I would rather be back on citizen. At least they went off what your water usage was. I think they need to be investigated for being a fraud and for ripping people off!!!
Tried calling no answer tried the email address said its invalid. I’m not paying this bill until it is proven valid. Notice these on my taxes 3 months ago. Paying for this via my taxes twice a year as well as monthly is ridiculous
Why does everyone get charged the same? I live by myself and I get charged the same as a house of 5 or 6. The house of 5 or 6 is going to have much more waste but I have to pay for them!!! I shower at my gym. I have very little waste water from my home.

It’s refreshing to have a local utility company in a world with conglomerates.

Overall, I’m pleased. Customer service has improved, and I really like the new resources on the website.
