When I call about apartment complex water issues whoever answer phone said call maintenance likening haven’t already that why was calling them.fort worth code compliance is going to multiple apartments checking the water issue just sad Benbrook water don’t care about there citizens living in apartments .
We’ve lived in Benbrook since 2013. The ladies in the office have always been very nice. To us the water has always tasted fine, but we came from the Mid-Cites that had the worst water ever! We recently had a water main break and they worked into the night to try and get us water. I have no complaints.

They don’t send you a bill, but then send you a disconnection notice and charge you late fees for a bill you never received. Apparently you are just supposed to guess how much and when to pay.
Absolutely the WORST website in the entire world to try to pay your bill on. Would gladly pay more just to not have to deal with the BS hassle of it! Get it together Benbrook! Only gave 1 star because zero stars is not an option!
