Failed to explain that insurance is not accepted until I received a bill for $200. When we called about it, they instructed us to submit it to the insurance company ourselves.
Worst experience ever! This clinic is terrible working with children. Failed to provide alternative options. Made no recommendations and blew off all concerns. Do not waste your time if it’s for a child, please.
I would not recommend Dr. Stevens. My condition is worse after many visits. I had to wait 2 hours to see him on my last visit. Plus, they had loud music in the waiting room. I’m looking for another opthamologist.
My 13 year old daughter is a patient and we have always had a good experience with Bend Ophthalmology. She has seen both Dr. Balcer and Dr. Banta and they are both great with kids.
