The bill is always irrespective of the usage. The customer service is worst and they charge unnecessary (surprised) charges without notice. I wish I had an option to change the water company.
273 dollar bill….work with me? Yea right! I believe the digital meter is defective as daily water check said I used 30000 in 2 week period! I think I woukd notice that! Said ghey would pull the meter and test it, IF I PAY FOR IT,! got us where the hair is short with way to appeal!
Polite at times. Hung up on me several times while trying to settle a dispute about my water bill. Saying I used 24,000 gallons in 3 days. We do not own a pool. To use this amount I would have to have every faucet in my house on for 3 days …

Beware of the online bill pay. The system is not always accurate as stated by an employee. You will be left to pay fees incurred from thier mistakes.
