Arrived 20 minutes early with my appointment card to check in and was told that I was not in the system for that time. I was “squeezed in” and spent nearly 2 hours here for a possible 45 minute stay. Boohoo on the receptionist making the appointment ! !
Waited an hour for the appointment and still waiting to finish up unfortunately. I think the worse part is I overheard one of assistants say to someone this kind of waiting is normal. Dr. Singer was totally professional, competent and friendly, working with me to prescribe a medication which local pharmacies stocked.
