Doctor was nice, quick and helpful in my 3 experiences, receptionist is rude and condescending, and talks to you like a child if you didn’t ask the doctor absolutely everything you should have.
How busy can they be in the front office if they can’t even respond to messages left on the voicemail system (a.k.a., call screening system) over a span of 3 days just to confirm an appointment cancellation? Glad I found another, more patient-centered clinic.
I had carpul tunnel surgery on BOTH wrists and I do not fair well with surgery. I get super nervous and anxious. Dr Dewolf did the surgeries and was absolutely amazing! He checked up on me after I arrived home and days later. The staff were …
Excellent care!
Wanted to make an appointment but was turned off by unhelpful/unfriendly receptionist
Great customer service
First visit there today. I was very impressed by the privacy standards, kindness and professionalism of the staff, from the sweet woman at the front desk, x-ray staff, support staff …WOW😊. I am taken care of here!!!! …
The receptionist was rude as hell!! She refused to check me in until everyone else was checked in..I had an appt made a month and a half Go!!!! She said those patients come first. Soooo ridiculous!!! I am a patient also..I arrived first..CHECK ME IN
Recent surgery and visiting the Berkshires from out of state. Berkshire Orthopedics were able to change my cast and evaluate my ankle without issue. Very professional and kind. Took time to answer questions and address my concerns. Thank you.
My five year old son was referred here by the ER at BMC. Fractured humerus. The receptionists were pretty friendly. We saw David Olds, a Physician Assistant. He was nice, but wish I could say the same for his medical assistant, a male, who …
Long wait time. Disappointing. Thirty minutes after appointment time and I am still waiting.
I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Ashley Miller for my bad knee. I say pleasure because he made it that way. He was so kind and professional and smart . BOA is so fortunate to have this man as a doctor on their team I would highly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone who needs a good orthopaedic doctor. Betsy Holtzinger
While I did not get the recommended surgery, if any, for my foot, I was treated exceptionally well and with the utmost attention. My appointment was with Dr. Defelice who provided me with a referall to another surgeon who he felt was …
The lady at the check in desk that I interacted with today was miserably unfriendly. You need to address customer service with your staff, but I don’t expect much from bhs. Your entire health system has atrocious ratings.
Great experience, for my husband and myself, Dr. deflect was very pleasant ,and also has our complete confidence for surgical procedures. The office receptionists were great, no complaints to offer. Continue doing a great job.
what a joke! worst experience I’ve ever had with receptionists. after the dr. had told me I need to have surgery I went to the the lady who schedules the surgery (stacy) she scheduled me for 2 appointments. then they send letters with …
The people were great. It took less than three weeks to get my shoulder back to me. But I did not expect the lots of following bills. I offered to pay after each visit. And I would hear we will bill you. After 4-5 weeks I started getting bills in the mail. Now I owe 367.62. I wish I could have paid it off after each visit
I saw Dr Goodrich for a complicated wrist injury that is preventing me from performing daily activities. He informed me that no surgery was indicated. He did not recommend any therapy. He wrote that I was at 100 percent capacity!!!! I am certain that he did not hear one word I said. Seeking another more experienced MD now
I have been waiting for over 8 days to have BERKSHIRE ORTHOPEDIC schedule my MRI. I can not walk due to my pain. When I call on the phone, I receive attitude instead of compassion. No one should wait 8+ days plus JUST to find out if they can get an MRI. Highly unusual. Sloppy and unprofessional.
I personally don’t think reaching an appointment mailbox is good business. What makes it worse is not getting a call back for a week. Calling again after a week and only being able to reach the appointment mailbox again. What do you think?
When we first came in we checked in for our appointment we waited 50 minutes total. And when we were finally allowed a nurse walked us in. He was rude and had no intention of being there. After he left we waited another 15 minutes, at that …
I had a very traumatic ankle injury. Doctor Ashley Miller did a fantastic job with my surgery & I’m so happy with my recovery. I was worried at one point I would never walk normally again but I am & so happy! Thank you so much, fantastic doctor & very kind & encouraging!
