Almost 30 years with them. Use to be very friendly a few years back but the lady named Amanda has been very rude as well as a few others. Seems to be a reflection of someone above Amanda as she is not the only one with attitude. Hope it improves.
As the surrounding utility companies put out boil notices, Bethesda did not during the 2021 freeze. We were able to keep our livestock alive and our family hydrated. Thank you.
My mom and dad have been Bethesda customers since 1967. I am now the executor of their estate and have had no problems with their company or their customer service. I recently paid a visit to their office to take care of some paperwork. Lisa was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

They have pretty good service and once when a guy came to turn the water off because I didn’t pay he let me call and pay it while he waited so it didn’t get turned off. I’ve always had a positive experience with the customer service folks I’ve dealt with when calling as well.

Poorest customer service there is. Paid over $3000 in water bills in 2 months. Paid late 1 time. Got a disconnect notice for being 1 DAY late. Guess 31 years of business means nothing to these jerks. Enjoy your $50 late fees. I am sure that is all that stands between Bethesda Water and bankruptcy.
