I have a card due to the high interest rates but in the past, customer service has given me wrong information after wrong information. They say they submit a report and an investigation and then it doesnt happen. I call again and again for no solution

  13. I really enjoy banking there. The people that work there could not be any nicer. They are giving a 1% dividend on checking without having any balance restrictions. I have full use of my money and I cannot see tying up money in a CD for fractions more.

  15. Great rates, but customer service is a horror show. The website is confusing, poorly laid out, and not at all user friendly.   40. I’ve banked with Bethpage for 25 years. I have a mortgage with them which was processed exceptionally well. Staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Applied for personal loan online which couldn’t have been easier.
