Excellent bank! I’ve dealt with Ed Houlihan in regards to loans. He is very knowledgeable, informative, helpful with A+ customer service! Never had an issue with other branch bankers either. Top notch Personal service which is a rarity nowadays.
Opened my account in june 2022. I was suppose to get the $300 promotional bonus for opening the account. Ive done everything i was suppose to do, and now I’m getting the run around about the bonus. This is bad business practice.
Excellent customer service from Sandy/Sandra today! Last month, I also used the drive thru to make a monthly payment; Sandy educated me on a point of business on this loan. This morning, I had the pleasure of having Sandy as my teller again; and once again she provided excellent customer service! Beverly Bank is lucky to have her.
