I was very disappointed with how I was treated here and how other customers were treated. Two of the employees seemed catty and intolerant (the two on the back specifically). Everyone there was very much on the defense when it came to …
Worst company EVER, if I had another option I wouldn’t hesitate to use them instead. Guess I’ll save up to build a well, I can’t drink their water anyway, or cook with it for that matter, disgusted with myself that I paid $2700 for a meter with this company.
I am so angry with Bi-County. They didn’t have the decency to let me know I might have had a water leak. Instead they allow my bill to accumulate to 19400 gallons used. I live in a camper and they know I couldn’t possibly use that much …
Have had Bi County over 20 years with no problem until now. Contacted office about water problem via website contact before office hours and they were at my property within the hour. Worked diligently to fix the problem and smoothed property when finished. Great job Bi County!
I’ve had no problems with the water supply here. They seem to be pretty quick about taking care of their customers. I would like to see the company make an adjustment so I can make my payments on line like I do the rest of my utilities.
Bi-County is twice as expensive as most water supply companies due to their “base service charge” of $27.25. This base charge does not cover any water supply up to so many gallons like most water utility companies, but rather is a charge …
I had service with this company for almost four years before I moved. They are awful. Basic service charge makes water service more expensive than it should be. I have owned several houses and rentals across several states and this is the …
Bi-Country Water installed what looks to be a faulty meter that has been leaking since Day 1. They did not notify us at all of the leak (no calls, texts or emails) and have charged us for their error. We have called and emailed and have …
Been trying for over a week to get a quote on a meter installed. They have recently finished piping in the road. Very frustrating not getting a response and when I call to check on the status of the quote they seem annoyed. I cant proceed …
What a joke. It appears one person makes all the rules. Their price for 480 feet of water line…no boring…just installing the water line, setting the meter…$4688.00. No justification for that.
Very nice people that work there been here 15 years
Horrible customer service, rude service men, overpriced rates, all in all, I do not recommend!
Expensive water service, customer service is rude half of the time, not customer friendly at all. Wish we had another option.
Wasn’t sure about this place because of the reviews but everyone was nice and friendly and the service was fast.
