I agree they are so rude have been customers for 12 years. They don’t say thank you and get upset cause have to get up to help you. They need to get with the times and let you pay online without charging you.

There is a $3 “convenience fee” to pay online with a debit or credit card. There is also no way to pay with a check online or link your bank info to your water account…
I beg to differ… we’ve been customers for years and we love the staff and company.. there has even been a time we forgot to pay and they came to disconnect us.. when we saw that, we came outside and asked them to wait so we can go pay it, they gave us time to go pay. they are not heartless and we’ve been grateful for their patience.

So I turned my water on in January, paid the $200 deposit to get it all turned on. We’re coming into April now and I have yet to receive a water bill and my water is still on? Honestly I have no idea what is going on with my water situation. Has anyone else experienced this?

I been on Big Creek for 20 years I never experienced any problems with them.They never been rude when I have called and ask about my bill .Even when the county that’s working on the road forgot to turn mine back on I called and the guy came right out and turn it back on
