Rude, unprofessional, incooperative staff. Had to wait 30+ minutes for every appointment. Double bill you for the same visit. Steer clear of.

Dr joshi is a good listener and takes the time to answer all my questions. He offers many options and makes decisions based on what would help me. He is very friendly and professional as well.

Go to this facility if you want to be treated like a number or if you want a doctor that hides behind policy and procedure rather than actually trying to help you. They will charge you for every paper clip they use so be prepared to leave …

Dr. Joshi has been my personal physician for over 15 yrs. I feel he is thorough, listens to me, and cares about me and my overall wellbeing. Do I wait a while sometimes to see him. Sure do, but I equally get the attention he’s given to his other patients. I’m comfortable with him and feel I am given the best care possible
Came in for my 3:30 appointment with Dr. Joshi. Nurse finally calls me in at 4:05 and take my vitals and such and goes away saying the doctor will be with you shortly. Waited till 4:30, still no doctor. At 4:45 the nurse practitioner says …
Dr is always ready to listen. He is warm and non judgemental. Excellent care. Office is now so efficient. I am glad he is my primary care. BTW I am a critical nurse , have worked at all the hospitals in Lowell. This whom I choose to be my primary. ♥️
Very helpful, informative, and supportive. Didn’t have a vaccine card but they were helpful to instruct me to go to CVS to get a print out of my COVID vaccine and they quickly got me set up for the booster and an actual vaccine card.
Excellent doctor, the best care one can ever expect! I attribute my health and doing well to Dr Joshi, he is a gem!!! Front desk always has the “customer first” attitude, working to accommodate patients needs in real time as much as reasonably possible!!! Amy on the front desk is a rock star, Roxane always a big help!!!
