horrible company – they charge an arm and a leg and they put people in rural areas last on their list to get back up and running when an outage happens – I absolutely cannot stand this company – please let me have another choice!
I received my bill and I’ve done everything possible to keep my bill down and get my bill and it’s higher and I called the number on the new bill and can’t get nobody then called the number on the old bill and got a busy signal then you can’t tell if you’re getting a estimated bill or not
This place doesnt deserve to exist! Massive lawsuit against them that they lost for defrauding pretty much every customer. Cant keep there power on in perfectly clear and sunny weather. They are a joke and deserve no stars but google doesnt offer that as an option.

Wow the reviews! I have never had an issue with Black water EMC. They came right out and hooked my power up 4 years ago. They showed up the exact time they said they would be there. My bill stays low with really no change. (I do have great spray foam insolation though). I would definitely use this company again if I had the chance.
