Would’ve gave 0 stars but that’s not an option. 2nd month in a row I havent received any form of bill and they have cut my water off both times after 8 days. No phone call or anything. Shadey company for sure.
I had some billing questions so I called in. Jessica listened to my scenario and said she would call me back after she got some information. She called back in 2 minutes with a solution. I appreciate the great customer service.
Poor customer service regarding billing issues. Manager won’t return phone calls. Also, they issued inaccurate water quality reports. They underbilled for a period (their error) and wanted to recalculate bills and recharge for the error.
Lived all over country before retiring to Rockwall. This is the worst experience with a water co. in our 30 years moving for husbands job. Water boil for NO reason. Poor water pressure all the time. NO customer service. . The worst!!!! Friend in McClendon Chism has great service. This co. is a dump.

Hands down worst wsc I have ever dealt with. Will not return calls, will not justify why they charged you more than 10x your normal bill. Just awful
