I’ve seen a lot of eye Drs over the years. I went on expecting to get rushed through the process but instead it was really more thorough then my last few exams. Really listened if I had concerns. The staff were friendly and pleasant. I will definitely go back
There were several people working the desk and sales areas, but only one doctor and one assistant doing exams, so service was slow. They remained professional and polite, apologizing for the long wait time, so hopefully it was just an off day and not the norm. I felt they did a thorough job despite the staffing issues.
