The staff was kind and caring at the ER. This was my first ER visit to the ER and I once had surgery at the hospital a few years ago. They were very efficient and responsive to my needs. I just wish that when you need records released to another physician outside of the Blake system they would make it faster to get results.

Disappointed that the surgeon that did my major procedures was never contactable. I called his office 3 times to only get voicemail and no returned calls. And when I went to the office to try to ask questions I was told they won’t answer my questions. Very disappointed.
The care I received was adequate. The wait time from arrival to actually going in for surgery was over 3 hours. Other that, nothing to add. Food was pretty bad.
Everything was well organized. Instructions before I got to the hospital. After getting to the hospital the instructions given facilitated the rest of the visit. When there was a problem it quicky resolved itself. Good visit.
