The best service, selection and speed for us in the Valley by far! Techs are awesome, service is incredible. We all work from home in Pikeville and never had a problem. We run there tv service and internet. There system works fine with Nighthawk equiptment, we get 1000 constantly!

They run a monopoly in bledsoe county so jack up their prices for sup par service. which they can do because we have no other options thanks to laws passed by the local government in order to “protect small business”

Really wish they would update their network lines. In a house up the mountain and this is the only provider in the area for internet. Limited to DSL and its constantly dropping out and not holding the rated speed.

The service is not that great. Our television goes out nearly every night. It is a quick off and back on most of the time but is always in the middle of a show. We also lose service for an extended time nearly every week but due to them owning the rights to this area they’re the best choice over satellite.
