Never had an issue and in fact I was outside in my yard when they came by one day when I had no garbage or recycling out and they stopped and asked me if I was sure I had nothing for them.
Have had no problems with this company at all. Pick up people are quick and efficient. When I have had questions the office personnel were courteous and solved my problem.
I set my new account up and have never received a bill. I pay what I think is the amount due monthly, but about every third week they pick up my neighbor’s garbage but not mine. It’s a complete mystery.
Customer for over 20 years. Always friendly when I call and they pick up rain, or snow. Have only missed a few pickups in 20 years….not bad, and they handle the mistake promptly.

Bliss is the most unreliable trash service I have ever done business with. Our trash is at the curb, and our bill is current but they are constantly passing our house without doing their job. For my part I’m trying to do a better job recycling these days…and keep the can lighter (since they lift them all manually up here in Welches.

There have been many times that the collector just passed by without picking up our trash ,and the office lady never returns your calls. Bad service.
