Only maybe one friendly lady. The other women that work in the office are rude everyday no matter what time or what day you go there. Wish they’d be friendly and personable but doubt that’ll happen by how rude they are.
Most of the time the employees are friendly, there are two that seem like they are mad at the world. The remodel to the office was a improvement. The employees really need a class on people skills, all but the sweet older lady who smiles and thanks you by name in the drive thru.
The water is literally horrible. It will calcify every faucet and appliance you own. I have had better tasting water from a public swimming pool. If you are looking to buy a house connected to this water system beware.
I was charged $265 dollar’s because they claimed my water was turned off on June 12 and still off June 26 but on July 7 they said we turned it on so they took our meter out. We didn’t turn on the water folks. They made a mistake somewhere …
Water was turned off this morning for absolutely no reason. Our bill isn’t due until NEXT week. Claimed we haven’t made any payments, but we got proof! Oh, and they don’t like to send you your bills and won’t let you know what you owe without one.
My experience has been some what ok except I don’t understand how they can chargee a reconnection fee of $30.00 when your water has not been turned off. They have chaged me this free at least 3 times in the past year which cost me $90.00 …

Bloomingdale water department loves to take hard working people’s money. They are super quick to turn off your water then pop you with a reconnect fee of $35 if they are in office which is rare because they keep dump hours. After hours is …
I had a very minimal past due balance and made a payment less then 30 days ago they decided to cut my water off at 9 am this morning. Returned and called in by 10 am to discuss my situation and make payment. I asked them to wave that …
Just got my water turned on. It was on for less than a week before we got the bill. For less than a weeks worth of water they are charging us for an entire month. When I asked them they said, yeah pay it… …
No disconnect notice for renters is just insane. I’ve had my water cut off at less than a week after the due date before. No disconnect notice, no courtesy call or text. Just straight to disconnection. Sometimes people just forget to pay, but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t able and willing to pay.
It’s time the community starts to fight back against unethical practices. I’m on disability and get paid 1 time a month. I always pay the past due amount and that leaves the current bill due. I noticed that they disconnect the water for the …
Gives themselves a 2 hour grace period then charges an extra amount to come back out when you’re not there within a few minutes after they get there.
