  1. Website is super helpful, turn around for self-submitted claims is really quick and they’ve always been helpful when I’ve called. I’m very happy with them and our plan.

  2. APPALLING. They do not take serious medical conditions seriously and let people with disease struggle. Even with a costly premium for what is supposed to be INSURANCE COVERAGE. Would not recommend.

  3. Sent me a survey. I went to go fill it out. The website told me “we’ve heard enough from the likes of you people” and didn’t want my feedback. So here it is anyway. 😀 #medicare4all

  4. The first and only medical insurance hotline I’ve ever called with well educated representatives and knowledgeable, balanced, and helpful information. Ms. Joyce is an encyclopedia of expertise. Five stars.

  5. Consistently refers me to places that don’t even offer the services needed. On one occasion they sent me a list of places that were all out of state, one being in Arizona. Unbelievable.

  6. They are currently running an end of the year scam sending out notices that one of your expensive prescriptions will no longer be covered on January 1st. When you call they give you the run around , put you on hold, etc., but if you persist they say that the notice was sent out in error.

  7. Terrible health care insurer. Astronomical premiums. Annoying phone system. Can’t reach them on the weekends. Apparently no error checking in their billing. Take 45 days to correct their obvious errors.

  8. Every year it happens in October they inform customers that they no longer offer “my plan” and then it takes until about mid march for things to settle down and with a much higher cost. People on the phone know nothing and I’m just sick of …

  9. I changed insurance, and my coverage started July 1, a Saturday. July 4, a holiday, is Tuesday. Not only are the offices closed on Saturday and Sunday, but Monday, too. I got a letter dated June 27, 4 days before the first. It included …

  10. Agreed. The absolute worst. Make me jump through hoops even though we have been with them FOR YEARS and I’ve been on the SAME MEDICATION. Every two months it’s like an act of Congress to get medication because there are “other” which I have …

  11. I filled out the information form to get a quote, and as soon as I did, not only did I get 3 calls, an email and a text from BCBS, but I have been plagued by spam calls asking about my insurance coverage! I’ve had nearly 200 calls in the …

  12. They say I owe more than my co-pay for a visit with a specialty doctor. All I did was talk to the guy. Reason makes absolutely no sense. Phone line has been busy all day. Finally reached them with a number not on my card. had to wait on …

  13. Accepted places. Their direct pay system never functions. If you pay a day late they turn off your prescription coverage and you will have to call wait on line and beg them to turn back on.Autopay system consistently does not work despite going thru it with several associates. Do not have issues with any other companies with autopay.

  14. The absolute worse oh my god. It all started a couple years back when I started an acne treatment. They covered it originally and then all of a sudden I went to go pick up my script and was told I needed to pay $400 for one and $600 for the …
