Don’t even care about their customers. Lightens their coverage as much as possible and judges whether the customer is well or not. Don’t count on these people.
Poor management . open enrollment is a joke! You will wait for hours to talk to a sales associate.

It is the worst company, you spend hours on the phone for there own errors takes years for them to pay claims that was there error, because their staff is not trained.

I have blue cross state and federal. State is primary. However they are saying my dependents are primary under federal while I am primary under state. Both refuse to provide medical coverage to my dependents even though I am on the family plan. Go figure

Totally archaic insurance plans. They won’t cover ten percent of the the treatments and medications that other insurance companies cover. If you can avoid having this insurance please do. If you’re a state employee, I’m sorry you don’t have a choice(other than to fight to get things changed)
I wouldn’t even give one star! I have been trying to get quotes for open enrollment for days and have never been able to talk to anyone! I have held for over an hour during one call and all the others between 20-35 minutes! If you don’t want new customers then leave off this option!
