I was lucky enough to speak with Taylor, who was absolutely exceptional! She helped me figure out a confusing bill and was so kind and warm throughout the process. She is fantastic!
So far they have awful wait times to talk to ANY ONE. I just need my member ID to make a payment but they haven’t sent an invoice because I haven’t paid.. it’s just a vicious cycle.

I had to forgo a procedure because they wouldn’t approve the inpaicent hospital stay that went with it. This resulted in my own pain and suffering and eventual life threatening health problems that they didn’t want to cover later either. Whatever you do DO NOT use them as your insurance conpany!!!!
