Service is nice, the people that work here are nice too but there are other places (in proximity) that are atleast 40% cheaper on services. For that reason, i may not use them.
Great visit, got there little early for appointment and was taken back right away for testing. Was treated with genuine care and concern. Highly recommend
Had a 3D x-ray of my foot. They also did a regular x-ray. Regular x-ray came back normal but 3D x-ray showed why I was having pain. Technology at its finest.
I have been paying on this bill since August 2020. This bill would have been paid in full by the end of the year. Instead I received notice that I had been turned over to collection. I don’t know what they were thinking….
I have had multiple imaging studies done at this facility. I have had nothing but positive experiences every time. The staff is extremely pleasant and courteous. I will never go anywhere else for any type of imaging!
I have had multiple MRI’s taken at this imaging center, and they are super fast and friendly! My results were sent straight to my doctor within a few hours. I will defiantly go back!
Went for Xrays then went to a specialist 2 days later for them to review the results but Blue Star never uploaded them to the system. The doctor called multiple times over the 2 days before my visit but was never able to get a copy of the Xrays. I ended up having to get a second xray done from somewhere else.
I really like the convenience of Blue Star. My Doctors like the reputation of Blue Star. Both allow me to have ALL of my imaging done in one place so I don’t have to remember who did what image. Recommend them highly — especially if you have to have a lot of imaging done bc it’s all in one place!

When I called Blue Star, the bill payment was not documented accurately with the correct payment date.

The people I interacted with were very nice, but I didn’t get what I paid for. My x-ray results took 23 days to be sent. X-ray results that take 23 days are not of much if any use. However, they certainly didn’t hesitate to send me a bill.
