How can you say internet anywere if your service is not in my rural area they keep installing towers were high speed internet is all ready available. Their website show pictures of rural areas but on the map it is mainly in town or two miles out side of town.

I gotta say, tech support was helpful but unfortunately, I had my fair share of internet outages nonstop. Even when it starts working again, it goes down again for a good while. I switched over to using hotspots after a decade of internet services that has been prone to multiple disconnects.
