  1. dear god please avoid talking to Dr. O’ Connor about anything other than medication, please. he is a terrible person to interact with, especially if you are emotionally vunerable.

With all the other options around in Round Rock and the Austin area, if Bluebonnet Trails wasn’t government funded, it would’ve been out of business a long time ago.

  5. I’ve never had a worse experience trying to schedule an appointment with a provider. I spoke with four different people, and most of them didn’t seem to know anything about their own services.

  6. The staff here are for the most part dedicated to helping their clients. They have a hard job and they do the best they can with limited resources. The state starves them of the funding they need to provide necessary services to the large and growing population of people with mental illness and behavioral health issues.
