Bluffton Regional Medical Center Reviews ( 124 )

  1. The doctor is trash but they should hire a doctor who knows what he’s talking about instead of just walking in for two minutes to waste your time but instead they waste 2-3 hours of your life to just tell you some thing not broken when it is

  2. The staff is tired and always hostile. The building is run down and the parking lot is decaying. I wouldnt risk using this hospital for any type of emergency, but for check ups only.

  5. Terrible hospital. Heard nothing but bad things the last 15 years living in bluffton and it’s a small town. People talk. Called to get my 8 year old boy appointment for some simple antibiotics for a winter cough. Sorry no open spots. What the hell happened to health care in America. Thanks Obama

  6. When my husband and I found out we were pregnant, there was no doubt that we would deliver at Bluffton Regional Medical Center. Their OB/GYN, Dr. Austin Finklea, genuinely takes an interest and does not treat you like a number. Upon going …

  7. If you have a physical disability and you are pregnant dont go to dr. Finkley. I miss dr. Wanner. Dr. Finkley called cps based off nothing and told me they would show up and do an investigation and that everything would be fine. He ruined my life. I lelft the hospital in tears with out my newborn. He had no reason to even call.

  8. I would like to thank especially Miranda Camomile for her dedication and commitment to the therapy she is providing for our grandson.. I feel she is doing an excellent job and shows real concern about his progress. Very happy with the skills she is showing and following thru as necessary . Thank you Jack Brush

  9. They performed the same service as ReadiMed. For 10 times the price. Then, they immediately sent me to collections because I didn’t have insurance. Bluffton Regional is an example of part of what is wrong with the medical industry. Rob …

  10. Disappointed. Time to wait poor. Service poor. Self pay and didn’t get service I needed at all in fact had to go to another clinic next day just to get tested. $$$$$$. Will not return.

  15. I would never recommend anyone going to this facility. I start from the top down Julie Thompson Chief Operating Officer lies and tries to cover up for the negligent staff. The first night my mother was there she fell. I was told and I …

Love that place!! I would highly recommend BRMC to anyone needing any kind of medical attention.

  23. Went to Bluffton Regional Medical Center for both labs and imaging. Registration was quick and both lab and imaging staff were fantastic. My results were quickly communicated to my physician for my appointment the same morning. Great experience!

  24. The nurses & doctor were great. The phlebotomist was good & the x-ray tech & CNA’s were wonderful. I had to wait for a bed and was in the ER for about 24 hours. They didn’t have any disposable pads which I felt bad with my in~continence …

  25. I can’t say enough great things about BRMC. From the moment I arrived at at ER, I was met with kindness, compassion and care. Dr Tarlton and the nurses (Katie and Jenny) were amazing!!! If you think you’ll get better care at a larger facility, give our small town a try. You won’t regret it.

  26. Fell on the ice. Came in for an X-ray on my ribs, and hip. Instead I got a tetanus shot, lots of bloodwork, an IV, a CT, a CT with contrast. I was in a lot of pain, they said I was fine and rushed me out the door. With no X-ray. I found out later I actually had fractured ribs. A very pathetic band aid station at best.

  27. Thank you Bluffton Regional for my excellent care. Everyone was very polite, caring, and attentive. Well worth the

at the wound clinic here in Bluffton

  30. The worst hospital in all of Indiana. The ER doctors are incompetent compared to Parkview North. I would highly advise obtaining a lawyer if you have to be seen in this death trap. Don’t let your loved ones go here!!

  31. This hospital is a COMPLETE joke. I’ve never had an experience here where they satisfactorily treated me. I was just telling my wife we should go somewhere else, but because of how bad she was feeling we came here anyways. Come in and as …

  32. Mac was a wonderful therapist so glad I decided to go to Bluffton regional outpatient therapy. I had a wonderful experience the only negative thing I can think of is the bike they have for therapy was to tall for me and we could not get the seat to go down low enough. Equipment is dated but the therapist make up for it.

  41. My experience with Bluffton med was very good they got to me as quickly as possible and they answered all my questions sufficiently and sent me on my way home

  42. I was in the ED Sunday night for excessive puking. Service everywhere was bad. From the person who checked me in, nurse and the doctor. They were very rude, rough, and lacked empathy. I’ve been to this hospital before with my kids and will NOT be returning.

  43. Highly professional but also empathetic. Staff LISTENED to what the patient knew about what was happening. Though a high patient to nurse ratio, I NEVER was not quickly and totally cared for .

  44. I had been admitted to the hospital then had a. Appointment with Dr. North. I respect and trust her. She was thourow an took the time to explain. She’s not only robotic like a doctor… she also works with a heart. I have nothing bad at all to say

  47. Service has always been good, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Volpe deserves credit for being very busy but always friendly and courteous as well as being caring and very thorough. Get rid of hospital registration and things would be a lot smoother for the patients though; they could give lessons on slowness.

  48. just had an appendectomy and I’d just like to say….the staff (local and traveling nurses) were absolutely THE BEST. The nurses were nice, professional and put me at ease. The care was TOP NOTCH. Food was excellent. My Doctor Dr. Bleza was absolutely FANTASTIC. GREAT group of professionals, yet very personable and caring.

  49. I saw Lori for a HIDA Scan. I had a great deal of anxiety going into it that I had been suppressing for weeks leading up to the day. It all spilled out when the first attempt at an IV blew my vein. No fault of Lori’s at all. It’s happened …
