I paid my whole bill and they never cut my water back on that was. Lowdown
No shutoff notice and turned off after just 2 weeks late for a $50 bill and refused to turn back on when asked for a week extension to pay it when paycheck came through as I was struggling a bit with bills due to hour cuts at work, even though this was first time asking for extension.
I just was in line for 10 mins trying to pay my bill i get to the window she close up on me. Then here they come trying to add late fees to my bill. They need a whole new staff. Cant wait till i move.
