  2. We’ve had this service for many years, sorry to see them struggling however at the end of the day if they can’t pull together a liable team, we’ll be leaving them as well.

  4. Literally tue worst company ive ever dealt with theyre phones are off the havnt updatwd number been paying my bill exactly on time juat to not even get my trashed picked up or spread across my driveway

  5. This place has the rudest office people. They can not keep billing correct. The operator will hang up on you if she does not like what is said. They will try to steal money out of your account

  6. My family has used this company for years. For the last month they have missed pick up twice and were late the other two. It’s kinda funny that they are early getting their bills out but horrible with service.

  7. They just stopped showing up. They don’t respond to messages & the phone is constantly busy. I’ve had a dumpster full of trash since the beginning of November & I can’t get anyone to empty it or haul it away.

  8. Are you still open? Phone rings busy can’t get ahold of anyone my trash was suppose to be picked up on 1/6/21 and it’s 1/11/21. If you are closed due to COVID please let your customers know this.

  13. I contract for twice a week service. For the last 7 weeks, service has been spotty. This week, they didnot show on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. It is now Thursday and still no trash pickup. Unable to contact them by phone.

  14. They are the absolute worst. Stay away. They haven’t picked up trash or recycling in a month. You can never reach them because no one answers the phone. I have an email address that they only respond to about 10% of the time. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.
