For the second time now I am scheduled for an appointment and left to sit there for 30 to 45 mins past the time I was scheduled. Today I had enough and walked out. What’s the purpose of scheduling if you can’t be on time to see me anyhow? Their staff are super nice but their system is terrible.
Unless you have fabulous insurance, I would recommend finding another clinic. Expect a $1200 bill for an office visit and standard skin panel test. Drs and staff are friendly, but they aren’t upfront about how much they charge.

I had problems with itching and had been to numerous physicians who wouldn’t even look at me or listen to my symptoms. Dr Stout not only listened to me but actually found what was wrong with me and fixed the problem. I am so thankful for the staff at BVAA especially Dr. Stout!
