  6. Was two stars, now it’s one. Not reliable. Especially on the weekends when they are not available to fix problems. For four months this service has been unreliable on every weekend. I’ve called several times, emailed several times and I am always met with contempt and my problem never fully resolved.

And there service goes completely out at least once a week and they said I probably needed to unplug there equipment for 30 seconds. I was doing this at least once every single week.
