Boone Electric Cooperative serves 28,000 members in the Boone, Audrain, Callaway, Howard, Monroe and Randolph counties. We provide reliable and affordable electricity, along with Renewable Energy options, home energy audits and state of the art technology to keep prices low. We are a not-for-profit which means most members earn capital credits during the years BEC performs under budget. BEC is also governed by a member-owner board elected by their fellow BEC members.
