Pay my bills and the workers decide to not take my trash when they want. They say if its too heavy or if its too much they wont take it but sometimes won’t take one bag or even look at it.
The worst dumpster company ever ,I filled the dumpster up , then they told me it was too heavy but never let me know anything in advance ,so we cleaned out half of it they came to pick the dumpster up and unloaded the whole thing in my yard after they had them been paid.I’m still in the process of contacting a lawyer
Why in hell it is so hard to get Mary on the phone! No matter when I call, she is not answering! Hard to believe she is that busy!!! Trash man didn’t pick our trash up I need to know when is he coming back to pick it up so I can use my trash can!!! Bill comes out every month, they sure don’t forget that!!!!
I would like to know if it’s legal to charge me every month when you haven’t picked my trash up in several month? I got behind and couldn’t pay my bill so service was cut off. I get that. What I don’t get is I’m getting charged for all the months I haven’t had any service from Borders… Can someone tell me why that’s allowed?
