Friendly staff but one of the dirtiest emergency departments I have ever been too.
Avoid emergency room at all costs. Not clean. The doctors I have had there have not a clue what they are doing.

This is a hard place to get a job, because they only hire people who are related or friend. And if you are not american you can’t get a job. It’s discrimination against people who aren’t english, or have a second language.

I had a hysterectomy done here today. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I never waited long when ringing for a nurse. I was given pain meds on time and all my questions were answered efficiently. I have no real complaints other than the food was horrible lol.

I have had exceptional care at all Bothwell locations. Doctors and staff have made me feel my medical issues and recovery was a priority to them. After surgery the hospital stay was the best; staff was on top of my pain issues and comfort. Follow up appointments were made and instructions for going home was clear.
