This place makes you get a referral from your primary doctor in order to get a COVID test a different facility.
Is doing very little to provide covid testing. Almost like they only provide medical services that will make them a lot of money.
Do a great job. 1 suggestion. America is an English speaking country. I should NOT have to choose 1 for English. English should be the default language and non English speaking customers should have to choose a number to select a language other than English. Not the reverse as it is now. Pet peeve of mine.
I’m new to Bradford and had to be hospitalized, my stay at the hospital was very good. The doctor and nurses were very nice and right there for my care. I do recommend BRMC!!
Spent this morning in the hospital for testing. Everyone was wonderful. Nurses are very caring and professional.
I am hesitant in giving this medical facility any more than two stars seeing how they allowed an obese patient to order pancakes, french toast, potatoes, and a blueberry muffin for breakfast. I am wondering if there is any attention on nutrition or perhaps the nutritionist was sleeping on the job.

I had a cholecystectomy on Jan 20th. I currently live in Jamestown NY but picked Dr Gonzeles and the surgical staff at BRMC to do my surgery and take care of me.. I wasn’t sorry. They are outstanding in every way. They treat you like family!! My choice everytime!!
