  1. Worst service I’ve ever had. Person came in without permission into our home. Called to complain and was told it was the owner that did it. Then supposedly they were at the wrong house and wasn’t suppose to be there in the first place.

  5. Been having problems with my internet for a while and they came out couldn’t identify the problem after that the help has been zero to none. I get told it’s my power or outlet which i have replaced and looked at or told to wait for fiber that will possibly fix the problem.

  6. I don’t write many negative reviews but If your Internet isn’t functioning correctly after 12:00 on Friday when they close, forget it. As a business owner myself in the service industry I would have to say I’m not impressed with their after hours support.

  7. Quick install, and very professional. I couldn’t remember my password to my router and reset it on my own, this caused some issues. I contacted the owner on a Saturday and he walked me through the steps to fix the problems I caused on my own and got me back up and running in a few minutes. Happy customer!

  9. I have no idea why but I’m paying 79$ for a speed of 529 kbps like come on guys there is no reason it should be that slow. Like ok I get the number of people and location can affect it but I have 2 people and live in the middle of town there’s no reason.

  10. Don’t waist your money or time. Signal is horrible and the after hours support (the owner) is a joke. Very rude. Currently looking to switch to a different company.
