Not very happy I have a rv loan, but I can’t get anyone to call me back. I have called three times an at this time no one has returned my call. I need to make a payment, on my new rv loan. Payment is dew on the 31st. I just don’t no what to do at this point.
Only CU with shared branch banking. Polite but slow. Especially during lunch hour. Most people only get hour for lunch. When there are two tellers and 12 people in line, it is a huge disservice when lunch is the only time banking can be done for some people.
William Drewry helped me so much when no one else would. He was caring, nice and very smart. He really knows his job and deserves a raise. I can say that for now on everytime I need a loan I will come to him first. Bragg Mutual is very lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you so much for helping me William Drewry.
They are nice but never answering their phones. if you have any questions your best bet is just going up to the office. Also sent them a message in their info center and still have not been helped. love them when I can get a hold of someone.
Went by this location today and had the pleasure of being helped by Ms Diane, a very funny and helpful lady. All smiles by everyone there. A very welcoming site in times like these.
