Appointment schedules not reliable. They can’t seem to get scheduling right, changing appointment time twice. I made my vacation and other appointments to fit their timeline, and then they change it. So, don’t rely on the their scheduling department to get it right. However, the doctors are terrific.

In many cases when you go to a medical facility, you plan on waiting and waiting, regardless of your appointment time. This was not the case with Brandon Eye; I was pleasantly surprised with their efficiency and their respect for my time!
