My most recent visit was no different from all my previous ones — I was greeted warmly, was seen promptly, received quality care, and was made to feel that my dental health is their #1 priority.
Was once a client of theirs, had requested that a tooth be inspected because of excessive pain, they blew it off and just told me that it just needed fluoride. I recently had it check by a new dentist to find out that it needs a root canal. The staff at Branford dental are lazy.
I was a happy client here but not anymore. The office manager or whoever she is is extremely rude and her attitude was bad enough that I will not go back. I also have referred people to this practice before but will not be doing that any longer.
Kelly is the ultimate hygienist! Dr. Hacker & Dr. Finnigan are the gold standard. Every office person is warm & congenial. We are blessed w/ Branford Dental!
