I had a buyer for our property and the president of the bank got his truck dirty so he would not approve the loan if you wanted to live of the grid u are going to get a little dirty if it rains but at least we don’t have lock all the gates and have 911 on speed dial so I say you don’t have a clue

  2. I thought the bank wasn’t working at the atm machine, find out some of my transactions set off a red flag on my card and I didn’t know it until I went to use the card . I’m glad the bank watches out for their customers.

  4. Hernando branch was a horrible experience. A whole new experience to the word RUDE. The girl at the desk needs a lesson in manners. Put your money elsewhere as I am. Just sold my house and need to open an account to put my money. NO WAY BRANNEN BANK

  5. I always feel at home with this bank. They’re very friendly… know me by name. They”ve quickly returned my phone calls…or to get an answer to my question. The bigger chain banks in town we’re never like this.

  7. Poor customer. Drive thru tellers take their sweet time going slow. Waited over twenty mins for only two car and still no teller helped or even tried to get the lines moving, so ended up without able to through drive thru. Going inside the building is the only way was able to get anything done at this location.

  8. Very inconvenient with the fact they don’t have 24 hour customer service. My card is always blocked for very small reasons. My card has been blocked while at a gas station out of town and over the weekend and I had no way to unblock it to purchase gas leaving me stranded.

  9. Loan department is extremely slow and unprofessional. Good business practices are important for clientele, but knowing how to do your business retains them and prevents any “word of mouth” percussions.

  10. Can’t log into the app…cant log into the website (being updated as… is the app probably)….can’t get banking info from 24 hr customer service line. I understand if the entire bank system needs an update but how about alerting people about it? It’s kind of a big deal. This bank is so whacked….on to the next I suppose.
