Garbage, overpriced internet service, with terrible support, and they have a monopoly in the area! I have lived all over the nation and have never experienced such a terrible ISP. I’d say avoid them, but you’d have to relocate.
The service guys are very nice. Lady in office is very rude and unhelpful. And you have to sign up for a home phone even if neither needed or wanted. They do not realize that fewer and fewer people need a home phone, also very high priced.
