The internet never works right no matter how many times they come to fix it within a day or 2 the internet starts doing the same thing not working!!!!!
Really bad service, internet is okay but when coming to online gaming you might want to consider someone else… they cant help either, pretty much just says sorry.

Trying to get technician to solve email server errors. Only one tech they can’t find. This is my fourth call today, and second day trying to solve the problem. I am sent to his voice-mail, but it hungs up before leaving a message. There is no one else who cannot help.

Worst company ever never doesn’t even offer good internet packages there all slow. Over charges there stuff never works. It’s always down, yet when you call them your lucky if you get an answer. Disgraceful company and would have no customers left if it wasn’t for the monopoly.

I have fiber, work from home (in marketing/graphic design), stream three tvs and only had one issue in three years (a few days after install and they came out immediately to resolve the issue). Internet is always great and not overpriced!
First week using Btel fiber and it has already crapped out. Cut out in the middle of a work meeting. So far this is extremely unreliable internet, at a high cost to bandwidth rate. They unplugged the phone, so they don’t get any calls.
