  1. First year in a subdivision and received my first bill on February 1, 2023. It says the “due date” was October 2022 and the “delinquency date” is February 15, 2023. Never received an information from them before. But if you want to pay online, it’s a TEN DOLLAR fee? Every part of this interaction has been gross.

  2. $10 for an online transaction fee?!? Why is the best option to pay your HOA taxes through the mail, with a check? I don’t write checks anymore, and don’t use stamps. What are we, still in the 1990’s? Allow online transactions paying from a bank account, and don’t charge the BS convenience fees!

  5. Had a terrible experience where an agreement was reached informally, to resolve a debt and then it was retracted and additional fines placed on properties I manage. I will be moving my business elsewhere because of this.

  9. Terrible service. They not only do not answer the phone but instead of offering an option to leave a voice mail, it simply gives a busy signal. We have tried contesting a fee multiple times and they simply do’n’t respond or provide the documentation they say they will. They also do not provide an option to correspond by email.

  11. We have used City and Village for our subdivision needs for as long as I can remember. Our neighborhood consists of well over 200 homes. They make running a subdivision easy for the trustees and residents. Yvette and Marla and great assets to City and Village and a pleasure to work with.

  12. I have been paying subdivision assessments to City and Village for two different subdivisions for over 20 years. Every time I have called, my calls are answered promptly and courteously. If I have an issue that requires more than just a quick response, those matters are generally handled as quickly as possible.
