Great team of doctors and support staff. They are focused on assisting their patients and creating a friendly and safe atmosphere. I love all the new gadgets they use to view and analyze the eye. I have seen Dr Paudyal twice. I am pleased with her knowledge as well as her personality.
We drove 2 hours for my 4 yr old’s appointment and we have no complaints. They were very kind and patient with her as well as very thorough with her exam. They were open and informative on how her eyes are doing and with helping us choose the right frame. The drive is more than worth it, we’ll definitely be going back!
The front desk workers are very polite. Went there for an eye check up – there were no delays; they did all the tests that needed to be done to check the status of my eyes. Dr Makler is knowledgeable and polite. He doesn’t rush you- he takes his time to complete his exams. Happy with the office. I would return here again.
